To order, just to go to our cataloge page and click on the 'buy' button next to the items you wish to purchase. Your shopping cart appears showing your current order. You may then check out or continue shopping for more great models and displays.

Order by Email Simply email with your order and include which items you want listed by item numbers. We will ship your items as soon as your payment arrives.

International Orders Welcomed We'll ship to anyone, anywhere. Many of our customers are outside of the UK and we have no trouble accommodating overseas orders. Please note that shipping rates calculated on this web site are for domestic (UK) orders. For international orders, we will contact you by email with the shipping rates before we charge your account.

Please email for unpainted casts, large orders (more than five of any item) and volume discounts.

We aim to deliver within 7 days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund.

D E L I V E R Y P O L I C Y

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the goods ordered. At Dinosaur Creations we don't believe in charging excessive fees for postage and shipping. Where possible we try to subsidise delivery charges offering a discounted courier service (signed for 3-day parcel service) for deliveries to the UK mainland.

Our shipping and postal charges are calculated on the Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Carrier service rates, depending on the most appropriate and cost effective service for delivery of goods. We do add a small fee onto the cost of each transaction to cover packaging, packing and handling.

Orders received by 1pm are usually despatched on the same working day. Orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will be despatched on the next working day. To assist with the rapid turnaround of orders; we pack and despatch orders on Saturday mornings. Delivery times given are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. In the event, that ordered items are out of stock, a member of staff will contact you to confirm a delivery date.

Standard European Union Deliveries Orders received by 1pm GMT are usually despatched on the same working day. Orders placed on a weekend will usually be despatched on the next working day. Postal charges are based on weight.

Other International Deliveries Orders placed by 1pm GMT are usually despatched on the same working day. Delivery is normally made within 4-10 working days of despatch depending on the destination. Please ensure that local customs and excise regulations are adhered to. Dinosaur Creations will not be liable for non-delivery of items due to breach of customs regulations or the non-payment of any import duties.

S H I P P I N G & R E T U R N S

We want you to enjoy trading with Dinosaur Creations, however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase(s), you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item(s), undamaged and with its original packaging intact.

We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. All returns for refund must have prior approval from Dinosaur Creations, please contact the company to obtain a returns reference number:

Any items without such approval may be returned to sender at senders cost. Dinosaur Creations will not refund, credit or exchange an item if it has been damaged or tampered with and is not faulty. Under such circumstances Dinosaur Creations reserves the right to make an appropriate offer as goods will be deemed to be second-hand.

A full refund for the cost of the item(s) excluding postage and packing will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

A receipt of posting must be obtained and sent to Dinosaur Creations separately from the returned parcel along with proof of purchase. The goods must be returned at the consumer's cost.

Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

We will replace or refund faulty goods if they are deemed to be faulty on arrival. Dinosaur Creations must be notified within 14 days of purchase. To help us help you, goods areto be returned complete with the original packaging material where possible, along with proof of purchase.

Reasonable costs for returning damaged, defective or incorrect items lies with the supplier and we will refund the customer for the return postage. We would request that customers use a recorded means of carriage. In the event of Dinosaur Creations sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to us within 14 days. If you do not send the original item to us by the end of the 14-day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order. We will not refund the cost of delivery and/or other services provided in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

Return of Items you did not Order (Incorrect Items)

As soon as you realise that we have sent you an incorrect item (mistakes can happen occasionally), you need to send the incorrect item back to us at the Customer Service contact address. Dinosaur Creations must be notified prior to the item being returned, please contact the company to obtain a returns reference number:
